Terms and Conditions

GMe Local is a subsidiary of Get More Customers LLC (dba) GMe Local. GMe Local provides local search registration and submission services and associated reporting/monitoring via an account management area. To fulfill the defined Services, GMe Local must share submitted business information with the defined local search providers (see below). By purchasing GMe Local Services, you are bound to the following terms of service, as well as the terms of service of the defined local search providers. GMe Local reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting of the updated terms to the website.

GMe Local will not share your information with any business other than those defined below as local search providers or under certain legal conditions.

You acknowledge that the use of this Service is solely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GMe Local expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. In addition, you agree not to submit content to the Service that is unlawful, hateful, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. In cases where content is submitted that GMe Local, at its sole discretion, deems to be objectionable, GMe Local retains the right to alter or remove the content before submission to the local search providers.

Businesses that provide adult products or services are not accepted into the program.

GMe Local shall not be considered responsible for acts beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God, power outages, earthquakes, or other disasters.

You agree to purchase Services on a month to month basis. You acknowledge that GMe Local will automatically renew your subscription each month and charge the account we have on record for an additional month of service at the end of each subscription period, at the predetermined rate, unless you contact us at clientsupport@protrafficsystem.com to cancel Services at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period.

GMe Local does not save any Credit Card information directly.

You agree to indemnify and hold GMe Local and its other affiliated companies, and their officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service.

Content:
You acknowledge that all ratings, reviews, comments, feedback, coupons or other content posted on the GMe Local be it text or any other format, (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), are the sole responsibility of the person who posts the Content. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for your own Content posted using the Service. You acknowledge that GMe Local does not control, monitor, filter or edit the Content in any way, and that GMe Local is not responsible for Content made available through the Service. As a result of using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is indecent, slanderous, inaccurate, misleading, crude, rude, racist, sexist, demeaning and generally offensive. You further acknowledge that you will solely assume all risk associated with any actions you take in response to, or under the advice of, the Content made available through this Service. GMe Local is not responsible for any loss or damages of any kind that may result from your use of the Content made available through this Service. You agree to hold GMe Local harmless from any loss or damages associated with the Content or operation of this Service. You acknowledge that GMe Local may, in its sole discretion, archive or disclose Content, including e-mail addresses, IP addresses, service provider information, time stamps, and any other information, if required to do so by law or in the belief that such disclosure or archiving is necessary to comply with legal process; respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; protect the property, safety and rights of GMe Local users or the general public; to enforce the Terms. Although the ownership of the Content you post belongs solely to you personally, you agree that by posting Content to any publicly available area of the Service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to GMe Local an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully paid, worldwide license to use, duplicate, display, syndicate and distribute said Content, and to create derivative works of, or incorporate it into other works, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Additionally, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless GMe Local from any third-party claim related to a breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties. You further agree that while the company honors the rights of others, text ads and coupons typically have very similar offers. Therefore, you agree that you will not seek to enforce any copyright on a specific offer, and in fact, any company is free to make an identical offer. You acknowledge that GMe Local does not validate, pre-screen or approve the Content made available through this Service, but that GMe Local has the right to remove, refuse, delete, discredit, reformat, edit, move or in any way manipulate the Content that it finds objectionable for any reason. You agree not to duplicate, display, and distribute Content from the Service, and agree to abide by any and all copyright notices displayed on the Service.

Guarantees: We have never not met a having our clients listed on the 1st page of Google, however, If you're not listed on the first page of Google Maps by day 60, we will suspend billing until such time you have successfully been seen on the first page of Google for 14 days consecutively.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GMe Local and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Services provided hereunder. Further, GMe Local and its other affiliated companies, any of their officers, directors or employees will not have any liability for any losses arising because the GMe Local Services are not operational or accessible. This section does not limit liability for bodily injury of a person. Because some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Many local search providers syndicate their content to other search providers. GMe Local offers no warranty or guarantee as to these syndication partners. GMe Local does agree to provide the most accurate list of syndication partners available via the website at the time of the initiation of the Service.

GMe Local retains the right to alter (add or remove) local search providers included in this agreement at any time.

You grant GMe Local the right to store and alter the provided content prior to submission to the local search providers. You also grant GMe Local a royalty free, world-wide right and license to access, index, cache, and display the provided content.

You agree to allow GMe Local to act as an agent on your behalf when submitting your business information to the local search providers.

You acknowledge that providing incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise incorrect information about your business and/or its location may result in your listing being rejected by the local search engines. No refund is offered for rejected listings, but you do have the opportunity to correct the information in your listing and to have the information resubmitted.

GMe Local agrees to submit your business information to the defined local service providers within two (2) business days of payment excluding nationally recognized holidays.  This agreement does not cover reasons beyond the control of GMe Local including, but not limited to, Internet connectivity issues and the accessibility of local search provider systems.

GMe Local does not guarantee or warranty that GMe Local provided submissions will be accepted by the local search providers for inclusion in their index or what timeframe is required for listing.

GMe Local does not guarantee or warrant how GMe Local provided submissions would be displayed or ranked by the local search providers, other than the initial 60 day guarantee stated above.
